A book of cartoons based on our life with dogs. Our two dogs, Napoleon the Golden Retriever and Monty the Chocolate Lab were a huge part of our lives. They were endlessly naughty, full of energy, hungry it seemed ALL the time and very destructive!
Any dog owner will understand the fun and love they contribute to a household. This book is based on daily cartoons I used to put in with my husband’s lunch so he could discover them when he sat down to eat.

During the Level 4 Lockdown here in New Zealand I used the time to imagine what the enforced solitude might look like for my friends and family. I wasn’t interested in the reality, that was hard enough to deal with and there was more than enough doom and gloom online and in the news. No, I wanted to give them spaces to inhabit that they might enjoy and - while I was missing them - I wanted to imagine them happy and at peace. Below are a couple of the illustrations from the hardback book which will be publishing soon. (Hopefully before Christmas!)
