A selection of drawings from my INKTOBER 2019 project - all over the world anyone who wants to join in takes part in an initiative to draw something - anything or using the prompts - and post them online. There are no rules as such, just draw and enjoy yourself. Conceived by one of my favourite illustrators, Jake Parker. I chose to draw make plein air drawings wherever I was that day. With Platinum Carbon Ink in my favourite Lamy Safari fountain pen. Most are views around Mapua, the village I live in near Nelson, and some are from a trip down South to Moeraki, one of our favourite places to visit (and eat at Fleur’s Place!)
